Wholesale LEDs Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange or refund. Refunds for
NEW unused items are eligible for full refunds excluding shipping charges.
Refunds for USED items incur a 20% restocking fee. Products that are returned without the Original Packaging or Manual will also incur a 20% Restocking Fee. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below
Return Policy
- Non defective and new returns will be refunded in full. Shipping charged are
non-refundable.
- Used LEDs with removed adhesive tape incur a 20% restocking fee for
refunds.
- No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 90 days from the original ship date.
- A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.
- A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must obtained from Wholesale-LEDs.com prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a R.A. number will be returned to you at your expense.
- RA numbers are valid for a period of ten (10) days from the date of issue.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package. This is not refundable.
- Freight charges and handling charges are not refundable.
- Allow 10-13 business days for processing returns.
- Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
