- We ship USPS Priority Mail of you are in California and its neighboring states, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Canada,
- All our orders are 100% insured with UPS or USPS.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
- Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- We use UPS or USPS to ship our orders. We pack our antennas within a cardboard shipping box and fill the remainder of space with packing paper to protect the antennas from damage. Sometimes it may still get damaged by the shipping company regardless. If when your package arrives it looks like it is damaged, open it and inspect the contents before signing for it. If it is damaged tell UPS or the postman that the item is damaged and you want to refuse delivery. This will save you from having to ship it back to us.
- You can then email or call us at 1-626-205-1973 to let us know that the order was damaged in shipping.Please notify us in a timely manner so that we can arrange to have a damage claim filed, and a replacement sent out to you.
