If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange or refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Return Policy

• Non defective returns incur a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable.
• No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 60 days from the original ship date.
• A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.
• A Return Authorization (R.A.) number must obtained from LightsLED.net prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without a R.A. number will be returned to you at your expense.
• RA numbers are valid for a period of ten (10) days from the date of issue.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed on the exterior of the package. This is not refundable.
• Freight charges and handling charges are not refundable.
